The New Medicine
This site complements the PBS TV show on integrative medicine (a practice that combines conventional healthcare with complementary therapies). It includes the Health Planner, a tool to help you incorporate mind-body practices into your life (or make other health changes).
Review of the Research on Mind-Body Therapies
An excellent summary of the evidence base for various mind-body therapies for various conditions published in the The Journal of the American Board of Family Practice.
Look for specific mind-body therapies in the Therapies section. Includes a description of the therapy, its benefits, and how it works, a discussion of what to expect and tips on finding a practitioner.
