Kate Hathaway is a clinical health psychologist with thirty years of clinical experience in mind-body interactions, wellness and psychotherapy. She has taught at the University of Minnesota Academic Health Center, Minnesota School of Professional Psychology, and St.Catherine University in health psychology, pain management, stress management, and health education. Dr. Hathaway also practices and teaches psychotherapy, including value-based psychotherapy, relaxation, hypnosis, interventions for health behavior changes (sleep, smoking), spirituality and health and cognitive-behavioral interventions. She is a co-instructor for the Ecosystems of Wellbeing course at the University of Minnesota.
