Linda Armstrong is a member of the faculty in Dietetic Technology and Health at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, Minn. She is a Registered Dietitian and has experience in acute care, long term care, food service management and community health. She has a bachelor's degree in Medical Dietetics and an MBA from the Carlson School of Business. She also trains faculty in use of online tools to improve the quality of online education at Normandale.
Armstrong has a keen interest in integrative medicine and how stress impacts the health of patients. She volunteers with Minneapolis Public Schools, the City of Lakes Nordic Ski Foundation, and other community groups.
