Take this individual wellbeing assessment to familiarize yourself with different aspects of wellbeing and get a better idea of areas of the Wellbeing Model you excel in and areas where you feel you can improve.
First, when assessing your wellbeing, consider the following questions:

- How would you rate your mental and emotional health?
- How would you rate your spiritual health?
- How would you rate the quality of your connections to friends and family?

- How well does your life align with your gifts, passions, and values?
- How well does your community support you and enable you
to flourish? - How would you rate the physical space you live in?
- How well do you incorporate healing green spaces and nature
into your life?

Lastly, go through the following prompts and craft specific goals to strengthen the areas of the Wellbeing Model where you feel you can improve.

Remember that action steps should be realistic (Consider the timing of your goals and how they might fit into your life right now), attainable (Break actions down into tasks you know you can do. Accomplishing a small step creates enthusiasm), and scheduled (Specify the day and time and make it an important appointment with yourself).
