Courage is Facing Fear

Tales of courage are often are stories about facing fear, working with it, and taking action.

As behavioral scientist Frank Niles, says:
“Many of us make the mistake of trying to get rid of fear. … Instead our goal should be to free ourselves from the control of fear. This takes courage, which is simply moving forward despite the presence of fear."
