Using aromatherapy safely

Aromatherapy can be a nice addition to your family's daily routines. However, while they can offer a lot of benefit, some oils can be extremely hazardous for small children or for individuals with certain medical conditions. Infants and children with underlying medical issues such as asthma, reactive airway disease, epilepsy, a weakened immune system or many others, should always seek guidance with aromatherapy from a licensed healthcare professional.
